        if (account.Active__C != Trigger.oldMap.get(account.Id).Active__C && account.Active__C =='No') {
            inactiveAccountIds.add(account.Id);
        }
    }

    delete [SELECT Id FROM Account WHERE Id IN :inactiveAccountIds];
}
