Enable Digital Experiences for Salesforce Customer Identity
Before creating an Experience Cloud site for your customers or partners, you must enable Salesforce Digital Experiences in your org.
Steps to Enable Digital Experiences:

Access the Digital Experiences Setup
- Go to Setup, enter Digital Experiences in the Quick Find box, and select All Sites.

Enable Digital Experiences
- Click Enable Digital Experiences.

Choose a Memorable Domain Name
- Enter a domain name that is easy for your customers and partners to recognize.
- Note: Once chosen, the domain name cannot be changed. Customers and partners will use this domain name to interact with your site.

Check Domain Availability
- Click Check Availability to ensure your chosen domain name is available.

Save the Domain
- Click Save, and then confirm your choice by clicking OK.
- Optionally, you can configure a custom SSL domain later for enhanced branding control.
