As a platform administrator, I want to automatically create a new account in Salesforce when a platform event is created with the Account Name and Rating fields.

When a platform event with the required fields is created, the system should automatically trigger the creation of a new account record in Salesforce. The Account Name field from the platform event should be mapped to the Account Name field in the new account record, and the Rating field should be mapped to the Rating field in the new account record.
