Note: Add the record type company to your profile (System Administrator) if person account is enabled.

Create a new contact screen flow which has the ability to select any account manually or link it to the most recent business account (Company) automatically.

When a checkbox is checked, the contact will be linked to the most recent business account (Company) available in the system.

Make sure your screens are same as the ones in my clip. There will be two screens. One of them will display the form and the other one will display all the contact information.
