Acceptance Criteria

User Story

As a Salesforce Administrator,
I want to automate the process of reassigning tasks from inactive users to active team members,
so that tasks are promptly addressed and managed by active users, avoiding any delays.

Acceptance Criteria

Display Inactive Users with Tasks:
- A Screen Flow will display a list of inactive users who have tasks assigned to them.
- The list will show only users marked as inactive and will filter tasks assigned to them.
Select Active User for Task Reassignment:
- A second input field will be provided for the Administrator to select an active user from the team.
- The list of active users will be dynamically populated and will only show users marked as active.
Transfer Tasks Button:
- A button labeled "Transfer Tasks" will be present.
- When clicked, it will trigger the process of transferring all tasks from the selected inactive user to the selected active user.
Task Reassignment Process:
- Once the button is clicked, all tasks currently assigned to the selected inactive user will be reassigned to the selected active user.
- The Task records in Salesforce will be updated with the new OwnerId reflecting the active user.
Error Handling and Confirmation:
- If no tasks exist for the selected inactive user, a message will notify the Administrator.
- A confirmation message will appear once tasks are successfully reassigned to the active user.
