In our first article, we mainly discussed customer relationship management (CRM) system. As we discussed, the traditional paradigm of having software programs installed on on-premise hardware, which can range from desktop computers to rooms full of servers, has been quickly replaced by a cloud computing system based on the scale of the business. With the emergence of cloud computing, businesses have the opportunity to access applications through the Internet, which is now called Software as A Service (SaaS). Through such opportunities, businesses are able to liberate from needing to update or maintain their hardware or online infrastructure. Simply log in and begin working from wherever you are and, in many cases, using any device (Salesforce, Oct 2002).

In our previous article, we focused on the major benefits of using Salesforce CRM and examined how Salesforce helps you to increase your business performance effectively. As discussed earlier, Salesforce is accepted as one of the biggest CRM tools in the field.  It is a perfect combination of information systems and customer relationship management systems. Marketing and sales activities are essential parts of CRM systems, and with Salesforce, businesses are able to conduct marketing and sales activities easily and effectively. Salesforce Application

Salesforce is a cloud-based service as a software company, and thus, it hosts an application all customers can access online. They allow users or businesses to unify email, social, phone, and chat support and help manage every channel from one view.

Lightning Platform

The Lightning Platform is an app development platform that makes developing apps faster and easier. It aims to empower the next generation of app developers in every corner of the business to join forces with IT and turn their ideas into working apps that transform business (Salesforce, 2023, Jan 18). The Lighting Platform is part of PaaS offered by Salesforce. Through this platform, customers can create any application without having any software installed, or any infrastructure set up. The platform also has the capability to integrate with third-party applications and tools that are customizable based on businesses' necessities. 

AppExchange

AppExchange is a platform where independent vendors or partners have the ability and power to create and develop apps. It's one of the most trusted enterprise cloud marketplaces with more than 7000 apps and certified consulting organizations to help extend Customer 360 (Appexchange, 2023, Jan 18). Several proven apps, experts, and more can be found on this platform to help developers and admins solve their unique business challenges and accelerate their digital transformation.

Salesforce Community

All those with interest in the Salesforce platform have access to an active Salesforce community. The whole community is active and already helping many enthusiasts with continuing training programs, consulting events, best practices sessions, and discussion boards.

Here are a few products created by salesforce that are made available to organizations based on their requirements. Salesforce offers a wide range of different goods and services to ensure that demand is met in accordance with the requirement.
