Acceptance Criteria 1
GIVEN: I'm a User
WHEN I create a new Staff or update an existing Staff
THEN Contract Duration must be minimum 3 months and maximum 60 months
Acceptance Criteria 2
GIVEN: I'm a User
WHEN I create a new Staff or update an existing Staff
THEN Staff Members must be at least 18 years and max 65 years
Acceptance Criteria 3
GIVEN: I'm a User
WHEN I create a new Staff or update an existing Staff
THEN Hire Date must be earlier than contract starts
