User Story

As a Salesforce administrator, I want to configure summer business hours and pandemic business hours in Salesforce so that I can adapt the system to reflect the specific working hours during these periods.

Acceptance Criteria:

I should be able to create separate sets of business hours for summer period.
For the summer business hours, the system should reflect a start time of 9 am and an end time of 5 pm, Monday through Friday based on Eastern Time Zone.
It should be active but not default.
