As a user
I want to be notified when I attempt to create a Contact that already exists with the same First Name, Last Name, and Birthdate
So that I can avoid creating duplicate Contact records and maintain data integrity.
Error Message:
"Error: A Contact with the same First Name, Last Name, and Birthdate already exists. Please verify the information and try again."
