User Story

As a system administrator,
When I view the Price Book record page,
Then I will see all components removed from the page,
And I will see three new sections added with the following names:

1. General Information
   • Price Book Name
   • Description
   • Active
   • Is Standard Price Book
2. Other Information
   • Create By
   • Last Modified By
3. Product Description
   • Product Description

As a system administrator,
When I view the Price Book record page,
Then I will see quick actions upgraded
And I will see the following actions only

1. Edit
2. Clone
3. Delete
