User Story

• Scenario: Enable users to upload files and attach them to a record with additional notes.
• Steps:
  1. Use the File Upload component on a screen to let users attach files.
  2. Add a text area field for users to enter notes about the file.
  3. Save the file and notes as an attachment or a Content Document linked to a record.
