User Story
- Scenario: Use dependent picklists in a flow to collect information about a customer’s issue.
- Steps:
- On the first screen, display a controlling picklist for "Issue Type" (e.g., Billing, Technical, General).
- Based on the selection, dynamically update a dependent picklist for "Sub-Issue" (e.g., Billing -> Invoice Error, Payment Issue).
- Save the user’s input as a Case record.
