Create a flow which sends a birthdate email to those seller or owners when it's their birthday. This flow will triggered everyday at a certain time. (Ex: 5:00 PM)

Before you create this flow, create the following field in Contact Object:

Is Birthday (Formula) --> Which returns a checkbox when it's birthday of the related contact.
