To assist with support issues, you may grant your administrator or support personnel the ability to login as you and access your data.
You can only grant access to Salesforce.com Support (Salesforce administrator or a support representative).
This access can long max 1 year.
You can grant login access to your account to a Salesforce administrator or a support representative for;

How?
- From your personal settings, enter Login Access in the Quick Find box, then select the option to grant login access.
- Set the access expiration date by choosing a value from the picklist.
- Click Save
