Holidays are dates and times at which business hours are suspended. Business hours are the days and hours that your support team is available.
You can add two types of holidays.
- Specific Date
- You can add a whole day as holiday.
- You can also specify hours for the day such as half day or several hours.
- Recurring Holidays.
The following days can be added as holidays in United States.
- Christmas
- Columbus Day
- Easter
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day
- MLK Day
- New Year's Day
- Presidents Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Veterans Day
