User Story
As a Customer Support Manager at PTS, I want to view all Accounts and their related Cases, so that I can better understand the distribution of Cases among our Accounts and identify opportunities for improving customer support. Specifically, I want to retrieve the Account Id and Name fields for all Accounts where the Account Id is found in the AccountId field of any Case records, using a SOQL query. By having access to this information, I can identify Accounts with high Case volumes and work to improve support processes for these Accounts, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
