As a System Administrator,
I want applicants to receive a polite and encouraging email notification when their job application status is updated to "Rejected,"
So that they remain informed about their application outcome and feel encouraged to apply again in the future.
Acceptance Criteria:
✅ When the Application Status is updated to "Rejected," an automatic email should be sent to the applicant.
✅ The email should provide a positive and professional message, thanking them for their interest.
✅ The email should encourage the applicant to apply for future opportunities.
✅ If the email fails to send, an error should be logged for troubleshooting.
