Flow Name: EduStandBy | Notify Applicant Upon Job Application Submission
As a System Administrator,
I want applicants to receive an automatic email notification immediately after submitting the job application form,
So that they receive confirmation that their application was successfully submitted and understand the next steps.
Acceptance Criteria:
✅ When an applicant submits the job application form, an automatic confirmation email should be sent.
✅ The email should include the applicant’s name, submission date, and a thank-you message.
✅ The email should outline the next steps in the hiring process.
✅ If the email fails to send, an error should be logged for troubleshooting.

Subject: Thank You for Your Job Application
Body:
Dear [Applicant Name],
Thank you for applying for the [Position Applied For] role. Your application was successfully submitted on [Submission Date].
Our team will review your application, and if selected, you will receive an invitation for an interview. Otherwise, you will receive an update on your application status.
