User Story
As a Salesforce user,
I want a Screen Flow with dependent picklists to collect information about a customer's issue,
So that I can accurately log the issue and create a corresponding Case record.
Acceptance Criteria:

Controlling Picklist for Issue Type:
- The first screen of the flow should display a controlling picklist with the following options for Issue Type:
- Billing
- Technical
- General

Dependent Picklist for Sub-Issue:
- Based on the selected Issue Type, dynamically display a dependent picklist for Sub-Issue with appropriate options:
- Billing:
- Invoice Error
- Payment Issue
- Technical:
