As a Salesforce Admin,
I want an automatic follow-up email to be sent to the primary contact of an opportunity whenever a new opportunity is created,
So that the primary contact is promptly informed about the new opportunity and can take the necessary actions.

Note: The Primary Contact is the contact whose level is "Primary" and is related to the same account as the opportunity.
